TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering a child for a Girls Club of Chagrin Valley program, the registering parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms.
Registration and Payment: Registration is not confirmed until any required registration information and payment have been received. Program availability is subject to enrollment limits.
Cancellations and Missed Classes: Because Girls Club is designed as a multi-week program and each class builds on the group experience, registration is for the full program. If your child misses a class, we are unable to provide a refund for the missed session. If your child is unable to complete the program, please contact us. When appropriate, we may offer the opportunity to participate in a future program at a reduced rate, subject to availability.
Program Changes: Girls Club of Chagrin Valley may need to reschedule or cancel a class due to illness, weather, facility availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel a class, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a makeup session or another appropriate resolution.
Parent or Guardian Responsibility: All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information relevant to their child’s participation and for following program arrival and pickup procedures.
Participation: We want Girls Club to provide a safe, supportive experience for every participant. We reserve the right to address behavior that significantly disrupts the program or affects the safety or well-being of other participants. If an ongoing issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we may determine that continued participation is not appropriate.
Website Information: We make reasonable efforts to keep information about our programs, dates, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Program details may occasionally change.
