What happens inside Girls Club?
A space for girls to learn, ask questions, reflect, and connect.
Girls Club combines age-appropriate lessons about growing up with conversation, journaling, and self-love activities. Each class follows a familiar rhythm so girls know what to expect and have space to participate in a way that feels comfortable.
Here's What Happens in Class

ARRIVE + CONNECT
We settle in together, check in, and create a comfortable space for the group.

LEARN & REFLECT
We introduce the week’s topic, talk through it together, and make plenty of space for questions.

CELEBRATE
Girls process what they learned through writing, activities, connection, and affirmations.

The 5-Week Girls Club Curriculum
Across five weeks, Girls Club combines practical information about anatomy, puberty, hygiene, and body safety with conversations about self-love, confidence, boundaries, and sisterhood.
The goal is simple: give girls accurate information and help them feel more comfortable, capable, and confident as they grow.

More Than a Puberty Class
Girls Club teaches girls about their bodies, but the experience is about more than information.
Growing up can come with a lot of questions. Some are practical. Some are personal. And some girls are not even sure how to ask them yet.
Girls Club gives them a place where those conversations can feel normal.
Questions are welcome. Girls can ask what they are really wondering about in a comfortable, matter-of-fact setting.
Small groups matter. Learning alongside girls their own age helps them realize they are not the only one thinking, wondering, or changing.
Growing up is celebrated. We talk about bodies and puberty without shame or scare tactics. The goal is for girls to leave feeling informed, capable, and more trusting of themselves.
Girls Club at a Glance...
Girls Club is designed for girls in grades 3–5 and meets once a week for five weeks.
Each class is 90 minutes and kept intentionally small, with 8–12 girls, so there’s room for conversation, questions, and connection.
Parents drop girls off and return at the end of class.
